Irregularities teeth associated with underlying jaw problems currently can be undertaken without removal of any teeth or avoiding surgical intervention. Currently using small screws called TADs (Temporary anchorage device) with the braces are effectively used to bring in these problems helping the patient to avoid surgery. Here’s a case of 18 Yr old boy who had a lower jaw placed front as compared to the upper jaw ( Class 3) type. He was treated with Face mask+ Rme + Tads+ BRACES. Treatment time 28 months. Note the changes without removal of any teeth it was possible to bring in the changes. Patient has a very pleasing smile now.
